'Qualomee

Template:Covenant Character Infobox 'Qualomee was a Covenant Elite assigned to Installation 04 in the 9th Age of Reclamation. After the Pillar of Autumn was shot down over the Halo, 'Qualomee was captured by the Marine and ODST forces who survived.

Becoming rather disillusioned about his capture, 'Qualomee tells Captain Keyes during an interrogation that there is a large weapons cache located in a swamp. In traveling to the swamp, Keyes stumbled upon the Flood Containment Facility, thus releasing the parasite. 'Qualomee was indirectly responsible, therefore, for Keyes' capture and eventual death at the hands of the Flood.

'Qualomee was probably taken aboard the Truth and Reconciliation after that ship was captured by the humans, and was then probably killed when it was destroyed or he was most likely consumed by the Flood that was released.

NOTE: 'Qualomee likely has a "first" name like most Elites, but it is never mentioned, nor is his rank. It is also unknown if 'Qualomee actually knew that the Flood were in the swamp, or if he had merely intended to send Keyes into a Covenant strongpoint. It is implied at this point in the book that the Covenant did not tell most of their soldiers about the Flood until they try to evacuate the ring completely.
