Universite de l'Astrophysique is a prestigious university located in the city of Paris on planet Earth. Lieutenant Dominique attended this school until his sister was killed in action. He was then transferred to the Luna OCS Academy on Luna and joined the UNSC navy. He was assigned on the same ship as his former mentor, Commander Jacob Keyes.
