Singh was a UNSC Naval crewman who was assigned to the Pillar of Autumn. He escaped in the escape pod Kilo Tango Victor 17 with some other crewmen, Marines and his commanding officer, Captain Keyes. He was the first to think that Ensign Ellen Dowski was a traitor and suggested that she be shot. Keyes was more lenient and decided to tie her up and leave her.[1] Later, the Covenant found Dowski, who told where to find the survivors, resulting in the deaths of Singh and all, with the exception of Keyes, of the crewmen.

Trivia

It is possible that he was Sikh, a religion based in India which has Singh used as a common last name.
