History

In early Jiralhanae history, their loosely held religion was based on the lunar cycles of Teash and the other two moons, as they perpetually haunted Doisac's skyline.[3]

Along with Warial, Teash is home to Jiralhanae settlements. Brothels and raider lairs of the Jiralhanae are present on the moon.[4] The plasma rifle variant Sorrow of Teash is named after the moon. A few groups of dishonored Sangheili refugees had unexpectedly chosen Teash as a location to flee from their civil war and found work as mercenaries for the Banished.[5] Teash was heavily damaged during the Razing of Oth Sonin, with thousands of space craft successfully evacuating the moon.[5]

Government and society

The moon is home to the city of Zomar, a major power base for the Bulwark of Bone.[6]

Economy

The Crucibles of Dovotaa was based on Teash.[7]
