Template:Infobox song Part of the Plan is the thirteenth track from the Halo Wars: Original Soundtrack, released on February 17, 2009. It is heard in the beginning cutscene of the campaign level Cleansing, "Descent", where the UNSC Spirit of Fire travels underneath the Shield World and its name is a reference to Serina's line from the same cutscene.
The piece itself is a mixture of chorus, strings, percussion, and computer generated sounds.
