The M52B Body Armor is the standard issue body armour that the UNSC Marines use for protection. It was most likely developed at the end of the year 2552 for it isn't shown in Halo: CE. The marine armor in Halo:Ce didn't have camoflauge but it aslo has a down grade. There is no intel visor, and it dosn't give as much protection as the old standered marine armor. It is still not yet known if there are any other advantages, because there hasn't been any Halo 2 novels. Hopefully, another novel might come out and may make a reference to the armor.
