N.B.: This rank has not yet been mentioned in the Halo Universe.
Captain is a junior commissioned officer rank of the UNSC Marine Corps and the UNSC Army, equal in rank to Lieutenant in the UNSC Navy.
The Marine Corps rank of Captain is ranked three pay grades lower than a Navy Captain, and has no special command authority with respect to a ship.
