"Virgil" was a Huragok of the Covenant Empire who served during the First Battle of Earth at New Mombasa [1].
During the course of the battle, the data from the New Mombasa city A.I. construct, known as the Superintendent, was transferred into the memory of this Engineer. The Covenant which enslaved the Virgil's race decided to defect to the humans.
