The UNSC Gorgon was an United Nations Space Command Frigate.
Ensign William Lovell served aboard the Gorgon for four years.[1] The vessel was part of Vice Admiral Preston Cole's fleet around and after 2525. Its fate is currently unknown.
Trivia
- The vessel was named after the Gorgons of Greek mythology.
- The Gorgon (Frigate), may in fact be the same ship as the UNSC Destroyer of the same name. By comparison to destroyers of the Human-Covenant War those of the Insurrection-era were lightly armed and armored; the Gorgon may have been reclassified as a frigate as it became obsolete as a destroyer.
