The Parliament of Harvest was the main government on the human colony of Harvest. Consisting of 24 members, it met in the Harvest Parliament Building in Utgard.[1] During the Covenant attack on Harvest and the mass migration to Utgard, Governor Thune ordered two militia squads to protect the parliament in case the growing number of refugees started to riot.[2]
