The [[Covenant remnant]], led by [[Jul 'Mdama|Shipmaster Jul 'Mdama]], first engaged [[United Nations Space Command|UNSC]] forces during the boarding of the derelict wreckage of the {{UNSCShip|Forward Unto Dawn}}.
