How to make a Nomination

1. Picture - Add the Picture's name, hyperlinked, to the "List of Nominations" section just below

Neutral Well, the quote is quite interesting, but I don't think its character has a lot to do with Halo, and seemingly, its too long!Master Chief Petty Officer 12:51, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

The character is a Grunt from the Halo booklet Conversations from the Universe, found within the special edition of Halo 2's case. It is canon and within the area Halopedia covers. And it may be longer than the other quotes, but it is just a paragraph rather than some full speech.
