The Halo 4 Launch Gameplay Trailer is a trailer of Halo 4. It shows several aspects of the campaign and multiplayer.[1]

Transcript

John-117 is seen grasping hold of a holographic representation of Cortana contained within a portable holotank, whom are both standing within the wreckage of the UNSC Forward Unto Dawn. The shot soon changes to various vistas scenery inside of Requiem.

  • John-117: "Where are we?"
  • The Didact: "And so you come at last."

AN ANCIENT HATRED

A Cryptum rises beyond a cliff. This is shown to startle John-117, and so he quickly turns around and upholsters his assault rifle in alarm.

  • John-117: "Cortana, what is it?"

CONFINED FOR A MILLENIA

John-117 is now seen entering a chamber designed by the Forerunners. Afterwards, he is seen inspecting a Cryptum.

UNLEASHED IN A MOMENT

John activates it, which then subsequently emits a large burst of energy. Soon multiple Promethean Knights translocate to the vicinity.

  • The Didact: "We are Forerunners, guardians of all that exists."
