It features the recurring "Delta Halo Theme", which also appears in Peril, Sacred Icon Suite, and the last movement of Brutes (Music) in the Halo 3 Original Soundtrack.

Penance combines the Delta Halo melody with the beat of Heretic, Hero. It is played during the intro cutscene to Delta Halo, when the Master Chief and the ODSTs are dropped from In Amber Clad.
Leonidas (2:28) is based on On a Pale Horse from Halo: Original Soundtrack, fact featuring a high tempo melody played by high strings, female vocals, and heavy percussive beats. Wage is an Under Cover of Night remake, though it is on strings and more in the background when it plays. It is heard during the cutscene at the beginning of Regret. The drumroll from this part is played at the beginning of the level Cairo Station. The chants from The Maw/Remembrance are also heard in the latter part.
