Bliss

Bliss was a planet mentioned in a lecture by Professor Ellen Anders at Rishard University, on the possibility that Bliss, Cote d'Azure and Onyx had "large-scale engineered features", suggesting a possible presence of Forerunner structures on the planet.[1]
