Rock Anthem for Saving the World is a piece included in the Halo: Original Soundtrack.
Appearances
It is heard in its full form on Template:Levelname just after the Master Chief has activated the map. The initial part of the piece is later heard at the base of the Control Room on the level Template:Levelname. It also begins playing when the bottom of the control room is reached on the level Template:Levelname. It is also considered the main theme for the games, although it only appears in this arrangement on the Halo: CE soundtrack. It does reappear in the Halo 2 soundtrack, on the songs Reclaimer and Unyielding, and again on the Halo 3: Original Soundtrack in the track To Kill a Demon. It begins to play as you go to get the Rocket Launchers and Mongooses for the Vidmaster Challenge: Deja Vu for Halo 3: ODST.
It runs for 1:20, but is also listed as being 1:17 seconds long, a reference to the Master Chief.
