The track is only played in the beginning cutscene of the Halo Wars campaign level Reactor, "I Doomed Humanity", where Red Team and Sergeant John Forge are unloading the Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine of the UNSC Spirit of Fire.

Its name is from Captain James Cutter's response to Serina, who said that they cannot return to UNSC space without the engine.
