Template:Covenant Character Infobox Oracle Master Parala 'Ahrmonro is, to date, the only noted "civilian" Elite of the Covenant. He held the title of Oracle Master. Fiercely intelligent, 'Ahrmonro served as a personal counsel to the High Prophet of Regret.

During the Civil War of the Covenant, he was with Imperial Admiral Xytan 'Jar Wattinree aboard the Sublime Transcendence. Though bent with age, he retained his intelligence and worked as a consul to the Imperial Admiral. It was he who discovered that the Bloodied Spirit was headed to Onyx.^[1]

He was likely killed when the ship was destroyed by a NOVA bomb.
