Draetheus V[1] was a human colony world.[2] It had one major artificial satellite, designated X50.[1] Sometime between 2553 and 2557, the UNSC discovered the world and established a number of research facilities on the planet and its moon. Subsequently, the reformed Covenant attacked the planet and clashed with the UNSC for the Forerunner relics present there. The Template:UNSCship and its SPARTAN-IV contingent participated in the campaign.
