Valley of Tears B[1] was a Covenant natural environment module on the orbital city High Charity. A pond in this valley contained Covenant Koi.
During the first hours of the Civil War of the Covenant, both the Covenant Seperatists and the Covenant Loyalists tried to take this valley. The Separatists invaded from the "North", while the Loyalists came from the South. In the center, there was a tremendous fray, with Brutes engaging Elites and black-armored SpecOps Grunts armed with Fuel Rod Cannons. Keeping the Separatist entryway to the valley secure were two Stealth Elites armed with Energy Swords. Even with all of these forces, SPARTAN-117 all of them in the events of the campaign level Gravemind.
