It was attached to the UNSC Frigate Aegis Fate, and during the Aegis Fate's participation in the Battle of Installation 00, crashed on Installation 00's desert by unknown means near a Brute-occupied structure.
03 was carrying a Missile Pod until it crash landed on a desert somewhere on Installation 00. It is likely that it was carrying more of the UNSC equipment that can be found around the level.
