Hocus participated in numerous ground insertions during the Battle of the Ark, including a mission to deactivate the barriers of the Ark's control room. She was most likely killed when her Pelican was shot down by the Flood. Hocus is very similar to Foehammer, a Pelican pilot in the first Halo game, even having a similar voice.
