Template:FOF-1 Template:Human Character Infobox Lieutenant Jake Chapman was a leader of Charlie Company. Killed in battle on Reach. We learn his name after Admiral Whitcomb tells Spartan-104 to put "Jake Chapman" on the line with him. He was probably killed, along with Lieutenant Buckman as a result of friendly fire due to bombing errors.
