An Assault Rifle is a automatic firearm using a projectile with muzzle energies in between those of a full sized rifle and a pistol. Assault rifles are categorized in between light machine guns, intended more for sustained automatic fire in a support role, and submachine guns, which fire a pistol cartridge rather than a rifle cartridge.The ma2b Assault Rifle is a reliable and accurateweapon. History

Assault Rifles can date back to the end of the Second World War. Germany made the first assault rifle, called the Sturmgewehr 44, in 1944, to help turn the tide of the war.
