The fourth issue opens with the crew of the UNSC ''Iroquois'' intercepting the Covenant transmission from the Museum of Natural History in Côte d'Azur. With the artifact secured and remaining civilians rescued from the city, everyone at Alpha HQ is evacuated. Once in orbit, the HAVOK nuke is detonated underneath the city streets.
