Template:Article Quote The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Vanguard is a variant of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor [GEN2] utilized by SPARTAN-IVs. Vanguard is manufactured by Hannibal Weapon Systems on New Carthage in the industrial township of Kotka.[1] Vanguard-class armor is a state-of-the-art front-line tech used primarily by SPARTAN-IV personnel in direct enemy engagement. Unlike other armor systems that facilitate secondary and tertiary needs, Vanguard focuses solely on face-to-face combat with enemy units.
