A non-commissioned officer (sometimes noncommissioned officer), also known as an NCO or noncom, is an enlisted member of the UNSC Defence Forces who has been given leadership authority by commissioned officers.
UNSC Navy NCO Ranks (from lowest to highest pay grades}:
