The Headshot medal is awarded for killing an enemy with a headshot. It is available in Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST Campaign mode, and in Halo: Reach multiplayer. It is represented by a "targeted" purple skull in the middle of a gold six-sided star. This medal cannot be achieved with every weapon in the three games, but only with 'precision weapons'.
