Trivia
- There was also a Wal-Mart stock list that listed a product called Halo Blue which many believed to be the new Halo game.[6] However it was revealed to in fact be a Halo-themed USB flash drive.
- It also may have a connection to the Superintendent who appeared heavily in Bungie's publicity campaign in the run-up to the intended announcement.
- On June 13th 2008 the website Gamespot claimed to have received information of a new Bungie Halo project that was "a cross between Ghost Recon and Gears of War" from a source with firsthand knowledge of Bungie's developments.[7]
- For the Bungie Day podcast, some of the people working for Bungie were working on something secret. This could be the New Bungie Halo Project.
