:The chart really helps put things into perspective, something raw data alone doesn't quite accomplish. Despite knowing its size, I never realized how huge the Cryptum actually was. It's nearly the height of a beam tower or the Library gondola! Or that the Mombasa Tether is so much bigger than the Threshold gas mine. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 01:06, 1 July 2014 (EDT)

Forums: Index General Discussion Scale Charts updated on HBO
Forumheader-image.png

Many of you likely visit HBO or other Halo venues that may show this update, but just in case, I thought I'd put it here that my silhouette scale charts on HBO have had an expansive overhaul going from the last update at 27 pages to 47 pages in this latest version. This new set of charts includes many items that had been missing from Halo Reach as well as objects from Halo 4 which were previously unavailable.

I invite discussion here if there's anything that I missed and should have added or if you find any errors in the charts. I'll see that they get updated if that happens. I noticed one already but it may be corrected by the time you see this note. -ScaleMaster117 (talk) 21:38, 29 June 2014 (EDT)

Wow, that's awesome! I have not found any errors yet. I find it interesting that the Darter dropship variant in Halo 4 and Initiation is nearly three times the size of the Halo Wars variant. - NightHammer (talk) 22:54, 29 June 2014 (EDT)
It never really sank in just how massive Mantle's Approach was. It's almost as big as High Charity itself! You can see the numbers, but without a visual representation, it's hard to grasp! You also seem to be missing Reach on this one and the CPV-class heavy destroyer on this one. -- Qura 'Morhek The Autocrat of Morheka 06:29, 30 June 2014 (EDT)
That's pretty much what I was going to say about Mantle's Approach. Even with this I don't think I had truly appreciated the ship's size until now. The only error I noticed is the stealth pylon being tagged [H3] instead of [R]. That being said this is easily the best version of the scale comparison charts to date. Keep up the great work! --Our vengeance is at hand. Gravemind.svg (Talk to me.) 15:23, 30 June 2014 (EDT)
The chart really helps put things into perspective, something raw data alone doesn't quite accomplish.
