Next to nothing is known about this vessel. It was mentioned in the [[Conversations from the Universe]] booklet, in the section of the recovered black box of the [[Covenant]] vessel ''[[Sacred Promise]]''.


The '''''Devotion''''' was a [[Covenant]] military vessel, prior to its destruction.
The vessel is requested to guard the ''Sacred Promise'' dead zone (probably the bottom area of the ship) The ''Devotion'' informs them that it will be in position on 1200 seconds. However long before then, the ''Sacred Promise'' is crashed.  


The ship was attached to a cluster of Covenant ships that engaged [[UNSC]] forces in space-borne ship-to-ship combat. During the battle, ''Devotion'' was requested to cover ''[[Sacred Promise]]'''s dead zone. Twenty minutes away from taking position, ''Devotion'' was unable to prevent ''Sacred Promise'' from being hit again and subsequently crashed into a nearby moon, causing its further destruction.<ref>[[Conversations from the Universe]]</ref>

Summary

The vessel is requested to guard the Sacred Promise dead zone (probably the bottom area of the ship) The Devotion informs them that it will be in position on 1200 seconds. However long before then, the Sacred Promise is crashed.
