Cadan was a Sangheili Pilot tasked with the minding of Evan Phillips during his time on his invited trip at Sangheilios. He is described as being surly with a large head. He shows an interest in Arums and is slightly awed by Evan's ability to solve Arum's so efficiently. Once, he even accused him of cheating. Evan was able to distract him by showing him half the solution to an Arum and then letting him try to figure it out, allowing Evan's to meet with Avu Med 'Telcam.
