The cat (Latin, Felis silvestris catus) is a small carnivore domesticated by Humans. They are often kept as pets.
Notable cats include Jonesy, pet of a UNSC Pillar of Autumn crew member, and a cat rescued off a church roof by Janissary James.[1]
A cat is seen on the bridge of a UNSC vessel in the concept art for Halo Wars.
