The Han was a small diplomatic shuttle with cryo tubes,suggesting it could be crewed by up to 40 individuals. It has an attached AI named Toran. Its bridge is extremely small, as the ship is designed for the comfort of its guests, not its crew,and has showers.It lacks any form of artificial gravity.It also posseses a Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine because it was coming out near the Eridanuis II system.
In 2517, Lieutenant (Jr Grade) Keyes and Dr. Catherine Halsey used the Han to study each of the selected Spartan children[1].
The ship's name may be a pop-culture reference to the Star Wars character Han Solo, who was frozen in carbonite from The Empire Strikes Back to Return of the Jedi and kept as a decorative trophy.
