Tactical Packages are exclusive gameplay enhancements featured in Halo 4.[1]
Overview
Tactical packages are software updates for the MJOLNIR [GEN2] armor that increase a Spartan's combat readiness and responsiveness. They can be accessed through each Loadout before a match is started or during a player's respawn time.[1]

The AA efficiency package increases the rate at which energy recharges for Armor Abilities.[2]
Fast Track
The fast track package allows players to advance quicker in rank.[2]
Firepower
