"Spirit of Bloody Fire. Cutter. Bloody hell." is a flash-fiction story included in the Halo Wars: Official Strategy Guide.

Plot synopsis[edit]

In the story, Sergeant John Forge awakens in prison and recalls his career. He is approached by Admiral Preston Cole. The two discuss the events that led to Forge being jail, before the Admiral assigns him to the UNSC Spirit of Fire.[1]
