Roe, insisting on saving the future of the Sangheili clan, urged [[Fal 'Chavamee]] to accept the [[Covenant Empire]] as the Sangheili's official authority. He expressed great concern for the Arbiter and unwilling to lose him as to being marked as a heretic by the High Prophets. | |||
When Fal refused to budge, the High Prophets ordered [[Harka]] to draw out and kill him, forever bringing great shame upon the title of "Arbiter." Harka accomplished this by forcing Roe to kill Fals' wife [[Han]]. Harka then killed Roe and left both bodies in Fals' home for him to find, prompting him to start a personal war against Harka's forces, leading to the eventual death of both Fal and Harka. | |||
