Originally from Coral, Yasmine Zaman was conscripted into the SPARTAN-II program[1] at age six on September 16, 2537. She died during the Spartan augmentation procedures sometime before January 2546.[2] Her brother, Kamal was highly affected by the death of her flash-clone and decided to become a doctor because of it. The AI Melissa was created from her brain.
