Robin Atkin Downes

Robin Atkin Downes is an English voice actor. He voiced the Prophet of Regret in Halo 2, Halo Wars and the Halo 2 Anniversary terminals, in which he also portrayed the San'Shyuum scribe.[1] He is also known as the voice of the Prince in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Luxord in Kingdom Hearts II, Origin and Botta in Tales of Symphonia, Cyclops and Pyro in X-Men. He has also done voices for a number of other notable games, such as Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Mass Effect, and Team Fortress 2.
