Codename: FIXER (also referred to as Fixer) was an Office of Naval Intelligence Section Three operative. In 2556, FIXER intercepted a transmission from smuggler Christian Ramsay confirming that a null-state stasis container had been procured.[1] At some point, FIXER came into contact with Director Schaefer, wanting to know how Schaefer acquired some unspecified information.[2]
