Christina Rice

Christina Rice was an Insurrectionist on Mars.
Biography
Christina Rice along with James McCann, were disguised as Army specialists working in New Harmony, Mars. They were attempting to steal Hyperion-class nuclear weapons for a possible attack on the city. On April 2, 2526 they were arrested by UNSC forces working alongside ONI agents.[1]
