James McCann was an Insurrectionist on Mars.
Biography[edit]
James McCann along with Christina Rice, were disguised as UNSC Army specialists working in New Harmony, Mars. They were attempting to steal Hyperion-class nuclear weapons for a possible attack on the city. On April 2, 2526 they were arrested by UNSC forces working alongside ONI agents.[1]
