Special dialogue Grunt

In the last level, The Maw when you are escaping from Halo you can find talking Grunts in the tunnels. Use your Warthog to get to the tunnels and from there look in the side passages for the Grunts. These Grunts will not hurt you, but rather plead with you to spare their lives. It may take a few tries as the tunnels are long, but the reward is worth it.
