The story starts of in the Cleveland sewers with the hotel concierge Ruwan still searching for the reason as his brother told the covenant about a key they made up when they where boys and the musician with a squad of UNSC marines, they eventually end up in an underground base made for only UNSC. Ruwan makes a plan to go to the forerunner ship track down the Prophet and using him as a targeting becon the UNSC known where to fire there missiles.  
The story starts of in the Cleveland sewers with the hotel concierge Ruwan, the famous Pop star, and a squad of UNSC marines. They eventually end up in a secret underground UNSC base. Ruwan explains to the soldiers how his brother, Colonel James Ackerson, and him made up the Key of Osanalan that the Covenant have been searching for when they were boys. The UNSC come up with a covert operation to bring the Key to Covenant command. The Key will be tracked as to locate the whereabouts of top Covenant leaders, and thus stage a significant assault on the Covenant. Ruwan insists that he be the one to deliver the Key to the Covenant, by himself. When the Covenant picks him up, he declares the Key of Osanalan is, in fact, himself. The ploy works, and Ruwan is taken to the Prophet of Truth. Meanwhile, the Master Chief has to fight his way out of the Forerunner ship and return to Earth. His drop can be seen in the opening cutscene of Halo 3. Ruwan is still being tracked by the UNSC, and they use his position to target and destroy the Covenant ship he is on.
 
Meanwhile on the Dreadnought the master chief is forced to kill a room filled with brutes. It again cuts back to the base where Ruwan is almost made to give himself up, though before surrendering to the covenant the marines inject him with a tracking device so they know where he is.

Halo: Uprising Issue Four was released on April 15, 2009 and is the last issue of comics in the Halo: Uprising series. It is said that it's delay was due to a last minute change in Halo 3's plot, and it was decided that Halo: Uprising needed reworking.Template:Fact
