In Long Night of Solace, Echo 4 sounds a lot like Stacker... DavidJCobb 23:52, 30 November 2010 (EST)

Yeah, they are voiced by the same person, but I don't think it's Stacker, as Kilo 40, who also has Stacker's voice, has confirmed by Bungie to be the Pete Stacker. So unless Echo 4 miraculously survived Operation: UPPERCUT, I'd say it isn't him.
