Does it say anywhere that these three are Jr Grade, doesn't it just state that they're Lieutenants?--Yamanba 04:47, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Actually, I believe it is quite specific, at least about Keyes. I don't know about the other two. Perhaps if you are unsure, you should open the book and read instead of requiring others to do it for you. I don't have my copy of FoR, so I'll have to wait till tomorrow to ask UNSC AI #23 to cross check for me.--Rot 2135 10.12.06
