Not to be confused with Owen-B096, a Spartan.
Owen was a hired goon for Rubble Security Council member Peter Bonifacio.
Background
He escorted Ignatio Delgado to the council, in order to get him to hand over the data crystal chip containing the last copy of navigation data in the Rubble.[1]
