| This figure is part of Series 3, but was not announced until the release date of Series 3. It is an Elite with red and silver Combat armor. It has two [[Plasma Rifles]]. It is only available at Toys R Us and Wal-Mart, as it is an exclusive to ''both'' stores. The packaging of this figure is exactly the same as that of the [[Halo 3 Elite Combat (Blue) Action Figure|Blue Elite figure]]. It even has the Blue Elite's picture on the front and back of the package.
