Angoulême

Angoulême was a city on the human colony of Meridian. Chalybs Defense Solutions had at least one facility in the city. The standard-issue pilot helmet for the UNSC Air Force, developed by CDS, was designed and built from the ground up in Angoulême. Sometime around the Battle of Meridian, Chalybs Defense Solutions abandoned their facilities on Meridian, and the city was likely glassed by the Covenant alongside most of the moon's surface.
