Considering the randomness of "ORION-047" in the extra contents contained within the Halsey journal, i'm thinking that this character is likely the most widely known and publicized ORION in the Halo universe: SgtMaj Avery Johnson. User:CommanderTony/Sig

What about CPOMZ?? could be possible cause it was implied that he was a spartan-I in the orion project, im just going by his page S225 09:44 20th may 2011 (EDT)
